I help women build strength, not just in their bodies, but in their confidence, resilience, and daily lives.  My approach goes beyond workouts to focus on mentorship, education and sustainable habits.  Achieving true strength requires a clear path.  I guide women through a structured process designed to build confidence, resilience, and lasting results.

Discovery call

Schedule a call.  This call is for us to see if I am a good fit to help you.  I'll ask questions about your goals, challenges, and past experiences.  I will also answer any questions you have. If I am the right person to help you, we will book an in-person consultation. If I'm not the right person, I can refer you to another trusted professional locally.

Free Consultation

During the consultation, we will review your goals, assess your movement, flexibility and mobility, and start creating a personalized plan to achieve your health, fitness and lifestyle goals.

Embark

During the first 2-4 weeks we will work together 1 on 1 to develop a foundation for growth.  We create a functional diagnosis (not a medical diagnosis) establish success metrics and create your personalized exercise plan. This phase is about commitment and trust, stepping into the process with faith that change is possible.

Evolve

We continue working closely together as you begin learning and applying foundational movements tailored to your needs. We address imbalances, mobility and strength while reinforcing healthy habits.  You will also have to unlearn limiting beliefs about aging, fitness and health.  

Change is happening beneath the surface as you strengthen your foundation.

Emerge

We refine your program focusing on progressive strength training and deeper capcity- building. Your endurance, strength and confidence increase as you step into a new identity.
